Many people have gone hysterical over changes to the iPhone SDK terms. Nice summary here, even though I don't share the author's opinion (I personally think the change is no big deal and simply not worth getting upset over). Steve Jobs comments: "We’ve been there before, and intermediate layers between the platform and the developer ultimately produces sub-standard apps and hinders the progress of the platform."
